A 16-member beach soccer travelling party left Antigua Tuesday for Guadeloupe where they will conduct a five-day training camp ahead of the CONCACAF Beach Soccer Championship, from March 28-April 4 in El Salvador.

The touring party consists of 12 players and four officials.

Heading the list are goalkeepers Prince Walters and Tahari Lewis alongside Ranjae Christian, Desmond Bleau, Stephen Hughes, Sherwin Warner, Elvis Thomas, Odel Murray, Dave Carr, Teon Miller, Omarie Daniel and Gershum Phillip.

The team is being managed by Fernando Abraham and coached by Janiel “Board” Simon. Courtney Francis is the equipment manager while William Richards in the physiotherapist.

The Antigua team will face the Bahamas, Barbados and the United States of America in Group C of the CONCACAF competition.

The travel party will however be reduced to 15 ahead of the CONCACAF Championships.
