Re: 2013 Youth Leagues
Dear Members:
Subsequent to our meeting with all clubs prior to the start of the season and in particular with the matter of “cheating” in regards to fielding of over age players and those playing under false pretense, the Youth Committee hereby institutes the following sanctions for clubs/coaches who participate in such activities:
1. First offence – Three (3) points deductions
2. Second consecutive offense – Six (6) points deductions and suspension of the coach for seven (7) games
3. Third consecutive offense – Nine (9) points deductions and coach being banned from all ABFA activities for three (3) years.
These sanctions take effect from the start of the 2013 season. Please be guided accordingly.
