St. John’s, Antigua – Lady Sap was defeated at on Sunday 29, May 2 goals to nil by Lady Wadadli Five Ps at the Antigua Recreation Ground in the feature match of the scheduled doubleheader.

The stakes were high going into the game for Lady Wadadli Five Ps, who is vying for top spot in the AWAL ( Antigua Women’s A- League) standings, and there was little to separate the sides until Britney Hector burst clear in the 63rd minute to put Lady Five PS ahead. Clycia Edwards converted in the 66 to securing the win for Lady Wadadli Five PS.

In the first game, Lady Swetes defeated CPTA Wings 1 goal to nil. Lady Swetes had many chances to make the scoreline larger had it not been for the superb performance of Goal Keeper Kayanna Alexander of CPTSA Wings. Sheryanne Bertrand converted in the 41st minute of play to secure Lady Swetes move up to fourth place in the AWAL (Antigua Women’s A- League) standings.
